'JUSTICE FOR CYPRUS' PEACE DEMONSTRATION/RALLY  LET'S ALL BE UNIFIED TOGETHER FOR OUR CYPRUS!!!
This year marks 35 years since the 1974 illegal Turkish invasion of Cyprus. It is time to stand up to what is right and say enough is enough!
NUGAS Victoria seeks Justice for Cyprus, and asks all members and non-members to make a strong presence at the 'Justice for Cyprus' peace rally to Parliament House THIS SUNDAY JULY 19.
Turkey has violated a multitude of UN resolutions adopted by the General Assembly and the Security Council including:
1. Failing to respect the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and unity of the Republic of Cyprus;
2. Failing to immediately withdraw its occupation forces;
3. Failing to allow all refugees to return to their homes in conditions of safety;
4. Failing to stop taking actions which are intended to change the demographic structure of Cyprus;
5. Failing to account for the 1,619 missing Greek Cypriots illegally detained and murdered by Turkey following its brutal invasion.
